Local-Only by Default

Crashout Calendar is built so your bill data never leaves your device. No account creation or sign-up is required. No bank credentials are ever requested. All bills, splits, roommate contacts, breathing-room math, and notification settings live in local storage on your device.

Data Stored Locally

• Bills you add (name, amount, due date, recurrence, category, optional notes).
• Optional name, monthly income, and payday cadence used for breathing-room calculations.
• Roommate contact entries you create inside the app.
• Notification preferences and the bills you have marked paid.
• Crashout Plus subscription status managed by Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat.

How We Use Your Data

• Core Functionality: To display your calendar and timeline, calculate the breathing-room indicator, and show roommate split shares.
• Notifications: To send local reminders one day before each bill\u{2019}s due date when you enable them. No remote push server is operated by us.
• Subscription: To verify Crashout Plus entitlement via Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No bank credentials, account numbers, or balances \u{2014} we never ask and never connect to financial institutions.
• No name, email, Apple ID, or phone number is required to use the app.
• No analytics SDK and no behavioural tracking. We do not run Firebase, Mixpanel, or comparable tools at this time.
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA) and no third-party ads.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Subscription Disclosure

Crashout Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Weekly is $4.99/week with a 3-day free trial; Yearly is $39.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit \u{2014} In-app purchase processing for Crashout Plus.
• RevenueCat \u{2014} Subscription entitlement management. Crashout Calendar only queries entitlement status; no identifiable user data is sent.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) \u{2014} Local notifications for bill reminders only.

Your Rights

• Access all your data \u{2014} it lives on your device and is fully visible in the app.
• Edit or delete any bill, split, or roommate at any time.
• Wipe everything by deleting the app from your device.
• Opt out of notifications via iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel your Crashout Plus subscription via Apple\u{2019}s subscription settings.

Children’s Privacy

Crashout Calendar is rated 4+ and does not collect personal information from any users, including children. No account or personal information is required to use the app.

Data Retention

All data is stored on your device and retained for as long as you keep the app installed. We do not retain any data on external servers. If you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently removed.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
