Collecting money back is now a one-tap job:
• One-tap settle — tick a friend in "Time to Collect" to mark their whole balance paid across every split at once. Tapped by mistake? Tap again to undo.
• Archive splits — done with a bill? File it away. Archived splits move to their own tab in History and Reports, so your day-to-day view only shows what still needs attention.
• Who owes you, on paper — PDF exports now open with a Sharing Summary: each person's total across the exported splits, with unpaid amounts highlighted. Perfect for settling group trips.

SplitSnap uses Claude Haiku Vision to read every item, price, tax, and tip line on your receipt in 1–3 seconds. It handles handwriting, faded ink, and 30+ languages. When no internet is available, it falls back to on-device VisionKit OCR.
Is SplitSnap free?
Yes. The free tier includes 5 scans per calendar month, full item assignment, tax and tip distribution, and shareable split cards. SplitSnap Pro unlocks unlimited scans, multi-currency conversion, PDF export, and iCloud sync.
Do you store my receipt photos?
No. Receipt images are processed in real time and immediately discarded — nothing is stored on our servers. Your split history lives only on your device (and optionally in your private iCloud).
Does it work for delivery orders?
Yes. Tap "Import from Photos" and select a screenshot from Talabat, Deliveroo, UberEats, or any delivery app. Claude Haiku reads item names, prices, delivery fees, and service charges just like a paper receipt.
