Offline-First Design

Blend In! works entirely offline. No account creation or internet connection is required. All game data, scores, word packs, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your data.

Data Stored Locally

• Player names entered for each game session (not persisted between sessions unless you choose to save them).
• Cumulative scores and round history for the current game session.
• Purchased word pack entitlements managed by Apple StoreKit.
• App preferences such as language selection and sound settings.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information such as email, phone number, or real names.
• Location, contacts, photos, or any other device data.
• Behavioral tracking, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers.
• No data is transmitted to any server, third party, or cloud service for gameplay purposes.

Advertising

Blend In! includes optional rewarded ads via Unity Ads SDK. Rewarded ads are shown only when a player voluntarily chooses to watch one in exchange for a gameplay hint. No ads are shown during regular gameplay.

The Unity Ads SDK may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data as described in Unity\u{2019}s privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your iOS settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

In-App Purchases

Word pack purchases and tip jar transactions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store payment card details, Apple ID information, or billing addresses. Purchase entitlements are managed locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit \u{2014} In-app purchase processing and entitlement management.
• Unity Ads SDK \u{2014} Optional rewarded ads only. No ads during core gameplay.

Children’s Privacy

Blend In! is rated 4+ and does not collect personal information from any users, including children. No account or personal information is required to use the app.

Your Rights

• All your data is local \u{2014} you have full control by default.
• Delete all data by removing the app from your device.
• Limit ad tracking via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Manage or request refunds for purchases through Apple\u{2019}s subscription and purchase settings.

Data Retention

All data is stored on your device and retained for as long as you keep the app installed. We do not retain any data on external servers. If you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently removed.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
